History Milestones
Founded in 1969 under the name Maysan, Maysan Mando is Turkey’s first and largest shock absorber manufacturer.
In 1997, as a result of an agreement, the company became a joint venture of 40% Çukurova Holding and 60% Mando Corporation, a subsidiary of the South Korea-based Halla Group, and was renamed Maysan Mando.

Playing an active role in the development of the Turkish automotive market, Maysan Mando works with almost all of the world’s largest main industry manufacturers.
Maysan Mando’s product range includes a wide range of shock absorbers for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, buses and trucks, as well as railways and military applications.
1969
Maysan was founded as the first company in Turkey to produce shock absorbers.
1971
The production line was fully operational and product sales to the domestic market started.
1979
Maysan established a partnership with Çukurova Holding.
1985
The first exports were realized on the way to becoming a global player.
1990
A laboratory was established for product development processes and R&D studies were initiated.
1997
Merged with HL Mando.
2012
The R&D Center was approved by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology.
2019
Production capacity was increased and a new production center was established.
