Risk-Free Design Validation
One of the most important steps in our R&D project development process is design verification. We create our designs with 3D modeling software, for which we have the license rights, and test our products primarily in a virtual environment with finite element software.
Then, we produce prototypes with our know-how and machinery/equipment in our R&D prototype workshop and perform validation tests.
In our company, we offer solutions in accordance with the demands of our customers by conducting project development studies, laboratory level verification studies and vehicle level verification studies with our tuning truck.

50 kN Servo Hydraulic Performance and Life Testing Machine
It is used for life endurance tests of seals and valve groups of completed shock absorbers. 50 kN capacity, 5 m/s maximum speed servo hydraulic test device.

It has hydraulic side loading, water cooling and block programming that can shake the product in different waveforms (sine, double sine, road data).
It can test 6 products at the same time and perform performance measurements at desired time intervals during the test.

It is driven by a servo hydraulic system isolated from the external environment. It allows sound and vibration measurement at 40 dB(A) background noise when the whole system is in operation.

It is a mobile laboratory where design verification studies are carried out on shock absorber prototypes and vehicle prototypes in Turkey and abroad. Tuning truck contains;
