To ensure a healthy investigation, it is crucial that your reports are accurate, complete, and backed by factual evidence. Any questions, tips, or violation reports sent to the Ethics Board via email or mail, along with the whistleblower’s personal information, are kept strictly confidential during the review process.

Reporting Method and Procedure

1) Employees and all stakeholders have the right to report any allegations regarding individuals violating the Code of Ethics to the Ethics Board.

2) Individuals must submit information and documents related to their allegations of ethical violations to the Ethics Board via the Ethics Hotline. The identities of the employees or stakeholders reporting such situations will be kept strictly confidential.

3) Whether a specific situation and/or event complies with our ethical principles can be determined based on the categories listed below.
